• Repair operating system-related issues (boot issues, blue screens, etc.)
• OS reloads or installs 
• Removal of all viruses/spyware
• Uninstall executables as directed
• Remove shortcuts as directed
• Configure startup items and services as directed
• Install Windows or macOS updates.
• Recommend tweaks to improve productivity
• Install additional critical updates found online. 
• Test the operating system for proper functionality.

Estimated time: 1 hour. We work until the service is complete.

• Connect and Perform the initial setup of 1 computer system (computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and speakers.
• Perform initial Hardware install and 1 software install
• Confifigure existing internet access and single existing email account.
• Install updates, remove client specified unwanted bloatware, agent tweaks based on clients' needs.

• Setup 1 mobile device (Tablet, Cell Phone)
• Unbox if needed
• Review with the client what their expectations are
• Power up
• Update OS,
• Set up and sign into email 

• TroubleShoot 1 printer
• Check paper, ink, and/or toner levels, replacing them with client-provided consumables as needed.
• Clear Print Jams or Print Jobs from the queue.
• Update Printer Drivers and firmware 
• Reset the printer, and/or re-perform its initial setup.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot a single issue on a client’s device
• Run System Analyzer and inform the client of the results.
• Validate the client’s original issue is resolved by testing for any related symptoms.
• Test existing software for proper functionality.
• Inform the client that once tech has identified the root cause of their issue.
• Provide the client an estimate for any additional parts and labor needed to correct the issues.

• Setup of 1 new email account.
•  Configure account settings and features.
• Demonstrate webmail/email client functionality.
