- Install updates, remove client specified unwanted bloatware, agent tweaks based on clients' needs.

Troubleshooting

- TroubleShoot 1 printer
- Check paper, ink, and/or toner levels, replacing them with client-provided consumables as needed.
- Clear Print Jams or Print Jobs from the queue.
- Update Printer Drivers and firmware
- Reset the printer, and/or re-perform its initial setup.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot a single issue on a client’s device
- Run System Analyzer and inform the client of the results.
- Validate the client’s original issue is resolved by testing for any related symptoms.
- Test existing software for proper functionality.
- Inform the client that once tech has identified the root cause of their issue.
- Provide the client an estimate for any additional parts and labor needed to correct the issues.
